I'm outta here!!!

Well, I'm writing to say adieu! The girls and I are heading out of town for 3 weeks! We are flying into Sacramento to see my sister and then we are all road tripping to Utah to see our parents (the grandparents)!! It should be fun, but totally exhausting. I am gonna need a vaca from my vaca when I get back! I will be able to check my blog and I may try to make some posts while I am gone, but we'll see.

See ya!

I took some pictures of the girls last Sunday b/c Nora is 2 1/2 and Audrey is 3 months Seemed like the perfect time. I have started to take my own pictures b/c it would cost a fortune to pay someone to do it the way I want it. Yes, their pictures may be better but I don't think mine are half bad. One of these days I am going to take a photography class and get a better camera. Then I'll be set!! Anyway, I took a million pictures and I think these are some of the best.

I am going to get them printed up and send them to grandparents and YOU if you tell me you want one!! ;) Let me know what you think!!! Don't worry I can take constructive criticism!

The Bolinger 4 on the 4th!

We had an eventful day on the 4th. We woke up first thing in the morning for a pancake breakfast at our church. Which makes me wonder why to your kids wake up at the crack of dawn except for day that you actually have to get up! We had to wake the kids up to get to the breakfast...what's that about?! Anyway, the boy scouts put up the flag and we said the Pledge of Allegiance. Which took me a little of guard b/c it's been so long since I said it. But don't worry I pulled it off and perfectly!!

We ran home quickly to feed Audrey and change the girls into the festive (and cute) 4th of July outfits. They were cute but mom was not. I figure If I don't have time for a shower why try! ;) We ran to a parade in town and I really think Nora loved it. She was totally moody at first but when it started she couldn't get enough of it. She was waving and saying "Hi" to everyone.

We then went home for naps and then off to a BBQ. We met a lot of new friends there so that was good. About 8 we set out for the fireworks. That of course was fun. The interesting about this area is that anyone can have a firework show. On our way home we saw fireworks still going on all over the sky. It was just different to us b/c in Montgomery, fireworks were illegal except for the one big one the City put on. So, it was kind of nice to have an encore presentation of fireworks on our way home.

We hope you all had a safe an fantastic 4th as well!!!!
