Will the real EDWARD please stand up!!!

We'll first let me say that even though "Twilight" was not the best movie in the world, I have become obsessed with it!!!  I also have to admit that Rob Pattinson really grew on me as "EDWARD" towards the end of the movie.  But tonight I was watching a bunch of "Brothers & Sisters" episodes I had to catch up on DVR.  Anyway, enter a new character played by Luke Grimes.  I immediately thought, "Now that's EDWARD".  Not totdisrespect ol' Robby, I am sure I will love him in "New Moon" and all the others, but THIS guy is the guy I picture in my head while I read.  Just wanted to share! 

I should also share that there is a guy that works out the gym who is TOTALLY Jacob!   I told him he was too and he said that other people have told him that...FUNNY!  Seriously, what has happened to me???  Holla! 

one whole year

Well, baby girl is one year old!!! I can't believe it, but what are ya gonna do?! We actually had her birthday party a little early because my family was going to be in town. We planned a little soiree for the one year bundle of joy!! Not really much more to say than it was a fun afternoon. The pictures say the rest.

The company was GREAT...the cake DELICIOUS...and the presents FABULOUS!!! It was great to have my family here for the party. But, stay tuned b/c her actual birthday is still coming up and we may have some more family coming into town!

Valentines

Valentines day lasted over a couple days around here.  Since Our anniversary is the week before, Wade and I tend to keep Valentines day low key.  So this year it was all about the cakes and cute valentines clothing!!  Here's the run through...  I made some YUMMY cupcakes for Nora to eat at lunch with a couple friends at "school".  Those cupcakes we SO dang delectable (and totally from a box) that I had to make a cake.  Nora and I got matching Valentine apron and oven mitts for Valentines day, so we HAD to bake something, RIGHT?!  Well, the missionaries came over for dinner so what a better occasion for a heart shaped cake.  I was VERY excited at how well they both turned out considering that is about the peak of my "domestic" talent.  Aren't you proud Katherine???
